Directions

Place the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries in a medium glass bowl. Add mint leaves and orange juice and toss. Place fruits in serving bowls and place bananas slices on top.

    Nice, refreshing salad. A good quick fix. I prefer honey over syrup, though. So I do use local honey in place of syrup and it's even better-tasting, sweeter, and healthier. Served this to my mother and sister when they came to visit me and they loved it. Sister wants the recipe.
