To prepare the dressing, in a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, lime juice, zest, cumin, chili powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir to combine. Cover and allow the slaw to sit for at least 30 minutes, tossing every so often to combine well. Top with raisins before serving.

I loved the slaw. Realized I had no mayonnaise and used non-fat Greek yogurt instead and it was really good. Added just a dash of ground chipolte to it for a little kick.

Tried all the recipes for this episode and it's a keeper.
The cole slaw was really good. A touch too much red onion for my taste. I'll make this again and cut the red onion to 1/4 of an onion. The sauce was delicious and just the right amount.
