    I LOVE chicken mole but I never wanted to take the time to make it. This recipe is so good and easy!! My family and I just ate it with limes and fresh flour tortillas. It was SO filling and really really good! Thanks Ingrid! :

    The mole chicken sounds good and I will make it this week,however it DOES NOT have to be authentic mexican as I an not in competition just love good tasting food. Ingrid says up front
    that it is her version not grandma's.
