While I really enjoyed the crust and flavor the rub gave to the pork loin, I was very disappointed in the sauce. I had thought the ingredients were odd upon reading the recipe, but decided to give it a try based on the reviews. For me, the flavors in the sauce didn't come together well and the consistency did not thicken enough despite reducing on the stovetop. Ended up throwing out most of the sauce, which was a shame since the only ingredients I actually had to go out to the store for were the cola and pineapple. Would use the rub again, however.

I read the recipe and thought the ingredients were unusual. I took a chance and prepared the pork.
I served six people. The pork loin was a big hit. My guests kept saying "0h my gosh, this is so good" after every bite. My sides were garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans. When the meal was over, after enjoying seconds, every plate was licked clean.

Wonderful and flavorful! I first tried it for Mother's Day and the family love it. Dad requested it for Father's Day!
