Haven't tried this yet. I'm sure it's great because I love her food. I'm taking my wife on an extended weekend away from the kids (surprise to a historic B&B for our wedding anniversary and wanted to have a picnic at a local state park in the NC mountains. This would be a great lunch menu. I can make it the day before and just heat the sandwiches at the B&B in their oven and have them on our picnic. Saves me alot of money and nothing tastes better than homemade.
