Made these last night and I have to say they're soooo delicious, but VERY rich, all most too rich. Will satisfy any chocolate craving for at least a week. The next time I make these, I will definitely make a chocolate frosting without the cream cheese. The chocolate peanut butter combo is rich enough and I just dont think it's needed. The cinnamon and chili powder really did add a great taste to the frosting. Dont be afraid to use the chili powder, it just kicks up the cinnamon flavor a bit.

Definitely 5 stars!! For the chocolate lover. It's rich and could only eat one!! The recipe for frosting lists 12 mini PB cups, disregard, it's a typo.

I didn't put the chili powder in the frosting because I didn't know if I would like it, but these cupcakes were fantastic! I took them to work and they were devoured in minutes with rave reviews!
