    I didn't have the chorizo( or enough time to make my own so I used bacon on top of the cheese. Also, I added sliced sauted mushrooms under the cheese and used homemade(crunchy pickled jalapenos under the patty. Might have to try chipotles in the mayo next time.

    Very tasty burgers! I think the carmelized onion and jalepeno relish is what makes this burger! I will definately make these again.

    THese are the best burgers I have ever had in my life!!!! I used union rolls and a chipotle gouda cheese scliced very thin that I found at the publix deli instead of the recommended cheese and they are awesome!!!!!! 5 STARS!!! Also the onion mixture is so good you can eat it on almost anything..Thank You Ingrid!!

    Absolutely delicious! Friends at work also tried it after I braved about how good it was and they said the same thing. Definitely a keeper.
