Directions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Layer half of the potato chips into a 9- by 13-inch baking dish. Top with half of the cheese sauce, Cheddar, salsa and chopped bacon. Repeat with another layer with the remaining chips, sauce, Cheddar, salsa and bacon. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 8 minutes.

    I give the recipe only three stars because they fail to tell us some important facts. First, you need to use skin-on thick-cut, kettle chips. Also, they omitted one of the ingredients: chopped scallions. These are top-notch nachos at the restaurant, believe me. I have had them. But shame on you for not giving the exact recipe!
