Ingredients

  • 2 ounces coconut puree
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce silver rum
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice, plus lime zest for garnish
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 4 dashes orange flower water
  • Ice, for chilling
  • Cub soda
  • Pineapple wedge, for garnish

Directions

Combine the puree, gin, rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, simple syrup and flower water in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake, and then stain into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with the pineapple wedge and lime zest.
