Made this tonight. I used Walleye fillets instead of trout and fresh green beans instead of sugar snap peas. I also doubled the recipe. It was very good. My whole family enjoyed it. Will definitely make again using more veggies.

I love, love this recipe!! It's easy and it taste great. I used salmon. This recipe is great for weight watcher members, especially if you like to use power foods at part of your diet.
