    Very tasty! This hearty dish reminds me of a meat lovers pizza. Any man's favorite dinner. My husband and dad raved about it. It whips up in a short time. I did add a 14 oz can of fire roasted tomatoes which I would do again, it gave it more of a 'tomatoey' body. The polenta is my favorite starch and it pairs so well with the flavorful chile. Once again Rachael has done it...a new fan favorite.
