Slice the roll lengthwise and remove a small amount of excess bread from the center with your fingers. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the blended oil on the bread and layer the salami, cotechino, capicola and provolone. Top with some lettuce, onions, tomatoes, relish, a sprinkle of oregano and the remaining tablespoon oil. Slice in half and serve.
