    Loved, loved, loved it! Added fresh peppers and carrots to potatoes, yum! Looked exactly as on t.v. I was scared to do the 'cheep' balsamic vinigar but closed my eyes and dumped half a bottle...so delicious! At age 75 it's wonderful to add another exceptional plate to my recepie box. Thanks a million!

    Incredible! I make this often. And the recipe lends itself to expanding/altering it. I use potatoes and sweet potatoes and leeks and onions and...you get the point.
