    I did this by accident the first time in my toaster oven! Just a little oil and spices. deelish!

    This was very tasty! I didn't have a lemon so I used lime, I found the recipe easy to follow. Before I would never have tried fish skin but cooked crispy was so good. Perfect summer dinner.
