Absolute hit!! The sausage is never really used as a main! And, what a main....bursting with freshness and herbal genius. The fire roasting really gives the dish a beautiful look, but it is quite delicious oven baked as well. Make sure that you get the wonderful brown sheen on the sausage! This meal is really lovely to serve on a cool fall evening, served up in large shallow bowls with hearty crusty bread! Add a glass of wine, or cider and man oh man, you got a dinner party on your hands! Lo

This has been a staple in my home since I first saw it on Jamie At Home. It is incredibly easy, delicious, and makes the house smell wonderful! I make subtle changes to it sometimes just to change it up, but I don't think I would ever tire of it!

This is a regular in my home. We love it! Sometimes, because I send the hubby to the store we vary in the brand of sausage, we've used Turkey Sage Sausage or Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage, but give me the Sweet Italian Pork Sausage anyday. I love the way the sausage and balsamic vinegar marries with the tomatoes. This recipe is super easy and never turns out bad.

This is so good! We have used several kinds of sausage and used pasta instead of rice and it always has an awesome flavor. Think it is the use of the fresh that hit the spot!
