Ingredients

  • 1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 head red cabbage, thinly sliced 
  • 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced 
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar 
  • 2 teaspoons sugar 
  • Salt and ground black pepper 

Directions

Combine the green cabbage, red cabbage and the onions in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar and sugar. Add the dressing to the cabbage and toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
