So easy to make (for this not-so-fabulous cook tasted great and was perfect with the Christmas Turkey. I didn't have a mandoline, but was able to slice very thin with a sharp knife. I really like no-fuss dishes- more time to spend with family.

Easy and tasty. Another winner by the Beekman Boys. Served this in place of the traditional sweet potatoes that grace our table at the holidays. Paired a bit of leftovers with some Beekman Blaak and the counterpoint of sweet to slight pungent was amazing!

Another winner! I made this as a side to go with turkey and had the pumpkin bread as dessert and both were a hit with my family! Try it out! You won't be disappointed! Love the Beekman Boys show!
