  • 3/4 ounce vanilla syrup
  • 3 dashes or 12 drops orange cream citrate bitters, such as Bittermans'
  • Ground nutmeg, for garnish

Directions

Fill a champagne flute three-quarters full with champagne. Add the syrup and bitters and dust with nutmeg.
