    Very easy, economical and many layers of flavor. Even my teenagers enjoyed this dish. Definitely something different for a weekday meal. I did not have the garam marsala so I used curry instead. These spices are all slightly different depending on what region they are from and who made them. Regular grocery store had naan to serve with this dish. Just heated them in the oven at a low temperature while cooking. Delicious! I don't know this chef, but I am definitely checking the website from more of her recipes!
