Guests were passing over pumpkin pie in order to have a second helping of this very tasty bread pudding. A nice balance of flavors and textures. I will definately make again.

Omigosh,i love it,i am NOT from the south,so i don't know how they do it down there,but they are definetly doing something right if this dish is southern,i don't know because i am not from the south!BUT!i was born in maryland,and that was a southern colony,sooooo yea!
