    Not sure what happened. Let cool for about 30min (pan was still pretty hot after 20). Used all the butter and the non-stick pan and when I flipped, nearly all the apples/caramel stuck to the bottom.

    I love her show! She makes everything look so easy. This came out so delicious! It was not too sweet, and was perfect with the puff pastry. Just make sure you follow the directions on the box of puff pastry because it is not the easiest to work with. Still came out amazing! It was so beautiful and "impressive" to look at! Would highly recommend you give this a try.

    Taste was great BUT way too much butter. Next time I'd 1/2 it. Barefoot Constessa's is superior, sorry Kelsey!! Love you though and your show

    Wow! With such few ingredients I was not expecting this recipe to be so fabulous. It made the house smell awesome and tasted even better! I love Kelsey's show!!

    Tried this in an iron skillet. MISTAKE! I'll try again in a non-stick. Tastes good, but it's a mess.

    Simple, elegant, delicious! I only had golden delicious apples on hand so I used those and added more lemon juice to make up for the lack of tartness - it was still excellent. I will be making this again and again, it is so easy yet looks gourmet. I used a stainless omelet pan because I did not like the thought of putting my nonstick pan in the oven and it came out perfectly, no sticking. Try this!!
