I love asparagus so tried this dish. It was simple and delicious even if a bit unexpectedly salty.

I saw this on TV and had to go make it. It is great!! I had never had a buerre blanc before, but it is now one of my favorite sauses.

I really enjoyed this recipe!! I agree that the prosciutto gets a little too salty. The beurre blanc is excellent!
