Oh my! Very tasty! Made this using fresh lasagna instead of the sheets. Really good-I may try a little more pesto in the cream sauce and in the ricotta.

Really tasty and very addictive. We added a bit more cheese and used fresh mozzarella. Would make this over and over!

This was sooooo good! Super flavorful and indulgent. It was a little time consuming, but not complicated.

AMAZING!...So creamy and bursting with flavor you don't even miss the meat. The sous work on this dish is time consuming (I made my own pesto but well worth it. I was concerned about finding fresh pasta sheets, but I asked a local Italian market/deli and found that they can make it for you while you wait. The fresh pasta had a great taste and texture. The dish is also very pretty with the creamy green color weaving through it and the toasted pine nuts and basil on top.
A big hit!
