This was a very simple recipe to follow especially for the first time baker. The cookies were fantastic but I used dark brown sugar instead of the light brown sugar.

Excellent. I used salted butter and they were perfect. I love soft chocolate chip cookies and these are soft and chewy.

Best chocolate chip cookie recipe EVER! :D These cookies were so soft, and had the perfect balance of dough and chocolate chips. I made the dough the day before and let it chill in the fridge over night, the next day the cookies still came out amazing. So easy and yummy, everyone who had some loved them!

Perfect recipe! I used semi-sweet chips because they were all we had, but the cookies were still delicious.

My hands down new favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe! I only at dark brown sugar on hand and one stick of unsalted butter, I ended up using one stick of salted but still delicious! They weren't too soft or too doughy. The picture reminded me of Entenmann's cookies, that's what drove me to try this recipe and it was the right choice! My sister said she was going to eat both trays that I made. :

Very simple ingredients (I had all of them in the pantry and fridge...easy directions... great recipe! Waiting on the cookies to finish baking 5 minutes left but the raw batter tasted delicious! I'm sure the finished cookies will too! Will definitely become my go-to chocolate chip cookie recipe. :

I have a love/hate relationship with chocolate chip cookies. They are my husbands favorite and i've yet to find a recipe that I really like. They are either too crisp or too doughy. This recipe by Kelsey is the perfect balance! I used semi-sweet chips and also added dried cherries to half of the batter. They were a huge hit and very simple for a quick afternoon treat!
