Directions

In a small saucepan, bring the rice, cilantro, broth, rice, and lime juice to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender. Remove the cilantro sprigs and serve.

    I love this rice, however, I add the cilantro and lime once the rice is cooked!

    I made this exactly like the recipe. It was good, but I felt it needed a little more flavor. My husband liked it too. Very easy to make. Next time I will add a little more seasoning. Loved the show.
