    Love it! My husband prefers chicken so I made it with chicken and steak and it was excellent. Loved the potatoes as well!

    I've cooked for 40 years. Eat steak, year round, grilled. Never pan seared a good piece of meat until now. Had incredible flavor and incredibly easy. And that pan sauce would be great with pork, veal, or an old shoe for that matter.
