Love this salad. The only things I did differently were not to dress the salad, I served this to a group of co-workers and I wasn't sure every one wanted the same dressing. I did take the dressing with me and a ranch dressing also. I sliced eggs and added a row of them in addition to the grated on top. I also took and extra bowl of greens. I put it all on and oblong platter and used a spatula to partion the portions. It was a great hit for my health minded co-workers
