This was a huge hit. I pulled it together for my fiance and his friend and they both raved about it and couldn't get enough. I will definitely be making it again. Thanks Kelsey!

First of all, I have never written a review in my life! This sandwich is so good I had to tell everyone to try it!! I did substitute the pork for a simple grilled chicken breast which made it an easy weekday meal. I'm going to make it tomorrow for dinner. I'm sticking with the chicken and this time substituting the ham with bacon. Yummy!!!
P.S. I haven't tried a Kelsey Nixon recipe yet that I didn't looooove!!!

The sandwich was absolutely delish! It was extremely easy to assemble, it warms up well the next day and travels well. My entire family loves this sandwich. I did substitute the grain mustard for dijon because we are not big mustard fans, and it gave the sandwich an additional layer of flavor.
