Those ribs are awesome!! I added a 1/4 cup brown sugar to the sauce. We like a little sweetness. Next time I'm going to put them on the BBQ, and sauce them, at the end. It gives them a little bark and browning.

These ribs were AMAZING!!!! Yum! Wouldn't change a thing! The rub is so good that I don't even think you need barbeque sauce. Will definately make again and again! :-

I may never use another recipe again. LOVED this. I did improvise just a hair because I had a ton of BBQ sauce I needed to use up or else I would have made the whole recipe. Judging by what the sauce recipe called for, it would have been delicious. I followed all the other directions. The ribs were tender and not overdone. The sauce carmelized well and went well with the rub flavors. Thanks, Kelsey!

I made these ribs for Father's Day, and everyone loved them. However I did cut the salt & cumin by half, two tablespoons of salt was just too much, since we really don't eat a lot of salt due to health reasons. The cumin is such a strong herb that it was also cut in half. Regardless everyone loved the ribs. This recipe is a keeper.

I have always been skeptical of trying online recipes because they don't always deliver for various reasons. With this recipe I produced this best ribs I've EVER had. The rub is simply spectacular, I didn't even bother with the sauce. The ribs were so delicious I was close to tears, you can't go wrong with this!!!!!

The spice rub was perfectly balanced...not too spicy but full of flavor. I cooked the ribs for 3 hours, then slathered some of the tangy sauce, and my family went nuts. Said this is these were the best ribs they ever had. There were NO leftovers! This will be the only oven rib recipe I'll ever need. Thank you Kelsey!!!

This spice rub recipe is fantastic! I even used it and the BBQ sauce to make turkey sloppy joes with some added chopped onion, garlic, bell pepper and diced, fresh tomatoes from my garden. And I love that I only needed a small amount of the rub and have plenty left over for other uses. I love smoked paprika and was looking for other recipes that used it. This recipe will definetly be a regular at my house. I can't wait to try it on roast chicken!
