    I just made this for dinner but I used premade spinach noodles. This was easy to make and my family loved it! We had no left overs! The only thing I changed was I added a rue to make the sauce thicker. This would be good with shrimp or chicken added also.

    This was a great, light cream sauce. I loved the addition of lemon. I did not make my own pasta. The only change I made was I added grilled chicken, which paired very well with the sauce.

    I have always been a little timid about making pasta, but holy cow batman! That was awesome! It was easy, delicious, and I only made a few tiny little variations to fit my taste (garlic, less onion). I think I'll be a little more brave next go-round.

    Very simple recipe to follow and very forgiving. I added diced garlic to the squash when i cooked it and it turned out AMAZING! I had so much fun making and sharing this.Thanks

    Fresh pasta yum, so easy and so tasty and who would have thought
    I could do that? Oh here's a funny story about the left over raw
    pasta I didn't cook. My husband thought it was cooked after a few
    beers and he at it raw. I asked him about it the next day and he
    said as he was laughing no wonder it was so chewy. I love your show
    you explain everything so anyone can do it. Just try. Thanks D.
