    I cooked it this morning. I did not use a lot oil and salt, but still very good delicious. . It is pretty healthy breakfast. Everyone loves it.

    I just made this dish for the first time for Father's Day breakfast and it was delicious! The ingredients are quick to put together and the dish is simple to make. I sauteed opnions, spinach, tomatoes, and green peppers and they tasted great with the eggs. Be sure to follow the instruction of drizzling olive oil around the eggs at the edge of the skillet before baking to ensure it comes out smooth. This was the only part I was nervous about and it slid out wonderfully! My husband and I absolutely loved this dish!
