I pretty much followed this recipe except I left out the celery, used 1 Spanish and 1 vidalia onion, and doubled up on the dry ingredients. I also added about a dozen Tbsp sugar because a fussy family member complained it was too spicy. I got high praise from everyone, including a friend who owns a restaurant and her head chef.

Really good recipe but i also added more Cayenne and chili powder. When I was making it I almost added carrots to the vegetable mix. I'll try next time. I think it will give a good flavor to it.

This is an AWESOME Recipe, I do add a little more Cayenne for a kick! But its EASY!

One of the best chili's I have found...I just added some hot sauce to really kick it up! Enjoy!!
