    This was very good. It was a dish that wasn't too filling, but very satisfying on a very warm day. I didn't have mango, so I substituted jarred peaches instead. I also had canned red jalapeno chili's on hand and they made a nice, colorful and spicy addition the the salsa. I kept thinking that the salsa needed something else, maybe some chopped red onion to give it a little crunch? I did not have the epazote, but will look for it and try it next time.
