Since I saw this recipe a few weeks ago, I've made it at least three times for family & friends who were very impressed with the look, taste & simplicity of this dessert. Especially how quickly this can be made!

We have made this several times. It comes out great each time. We have used all apples too. It is good either way. Our favorite thing that Kelsey offers in her recipes. Everyone gave it a 5 stars.

This was quite easy and very tasty. We're still eating on it; it warms up great in the toaster over just like doing a piece of toast. Two caveats: there was way more fruit than needed for one pastry sheet - one apple and one pear would be sufficient. Also, we definitely had to cook it longer because the center wasn't done. Next time I'll try to put foil on the edges and cook longer for the center. We also added chopped walnuts, which were great. And the marscapone cheese is an absolute must!
