Be careful! I obviously over kneeded it because it was hard on top, soft in the middle. But that middle was yummy and came out nice. It went great with the corned beef and cabbbage! I will make this again the right way, for sure!!

Another great recipe from Kelsey! This bread is simple and yummy. My 7 year old and I have decided to make it every Sunday so we can cook together. I omitted the currants and substituted half of the flour with wheat flour.
