YES!! This salsa is so yummy, easy, and I can say it's authentic. I agree with china marie aquino about the broiler. Much easier to do in the winter months. We ALWAYS have a jar of salsa in our refrigerator.

This is a great recipe. I like moderate to hot spice, and my wife can't tolerate any. This is the perfect recipe for me since it can be tailored to most any taste liking.
I especially like the taste of Chipotle, and Cilantro. This is GREAT. I also like your chili Colorado recipe.

Amazing! The best salsa that i've ever had. As good as, if not better than Rojo.

Instead of grilling the veggies i charred them under the broiler. I took the veggies off the pan as they got done. The garlic finished first, the tomatoes took the most time. Just keep checking on it every few minutes.

This was so easy and so much cheaper to make at home!

OK, this salsa was freeking fab-u-lous! I made salsa from scratch! Better than a lot of the stuff you get at restaurants. And so easy!! I made both the mild and the hot versions shown in this recipe, and they were equally delicious. The mild still had a little heat from the jalapeno - which I seeded and de-ribbed. The hot was smoky from the chipotle and had a nice kick. Everyone raved. Keeper recipe for sure!
