very delicious, it's a one pot meal for our family. just added spring salad to the table with a simple dressing and everything is complete. this is how i want my chicken to taste. i love lemons and i would put them in anything i eat. i was not able to get lemon thyme though just used thyme sprigs. thanks kelsey.

I made this tonight and it was easy and smelled amazing. I made it for a family dinner and they all agreed it was great. The thyme and lemon make the dish.

My whole family LOVE it!! It was tasty and I add about half cup of chicken broth because I wanted little bit juice at the bottom, used only one lemon because my daugther doesn't like lemon and I added cauli flower. Thanks for the recipe.

This dish was very easy to make and tastes like you spent a bunch of time in the kitchen. I've made it 4 times since seeing the episode in October. Delicious and not expensive.

My husband really enjoyed the chicken. Not the croutons. I thought the chicken was very good. The lemon was a little overwhelming, so I would cut in half next time. I will make again.

I enjoyed this meal. I'm surprised the bread at the bottom of the pan really worked, and was my fav elment of the dish. Easy to make and actually quite quick. However, leftovers didn't seem to keep to well =^\

I never thought to add whole lemons to a chicken pot meal but this really enhanced the flavor and made it different than other chicken braises I've tried. I didn't eat the lemons (not sure if you are supposed to but they did their job in the cooking. I also loved the addition of croutons to sponge up the flavorful braising liquid.

My husband is still talking about this dish! We are farmers in Costa Rica and enjoyed watching this episode. I substituted the lemon with a fresh lime from our tree and fresh rosemary and baby carrots from my garden! The carrots were amazing...they really picked up the lime flavor. Chicken was succulent......this dish is a keeper!

Fun to make, and looked great...however everything but the chicken was way way way to greasy. If I ever try again I'll discard most of the fat.
