    I enjoyed this meal. I'm surprised the bread at the bottom of the pan really worked, and was my fav elment of the dish. Easy to make and actually quite quick. However, leftovers didn't seem to keep to well =^\

    I never thought to add whole lemons to a chicken pot meal but this really enhanced the flavor and made it different than other chicken braises I've tried. I didn't eat the lemons (not sure if you are supposed to but they did their job in the cooking. I also loved the addition of croutons to sponge up the flavorful braising liquid.

    My husband is still talking about this dish! We are farmers in Costa Rica and enjoyed watching this episode. I substituted the lemon with a fresh lime from our tree and fresh rosemary and baby carrots from my garden! The carrots were amazing...they really picked up the lime flavor. Chicken was succulent......this dish is a keeper!

    Fun to make, and looked great...however everything but the chicken was way way way to greasy. If I ever try again I'll discard most of the fat.

    Yummy! I'm more of a baker, but this looked so good on her show that I had to try it. It was pretty easy to put together and came out GREAT. Even my fussy hubby liked it.

    We loved it. I made it with 2 large breasts because it's what I had on hand. The lemon flavor was delicious but not overpowering. Try it!
