I just finished making this salad and it is awesome right now....I know it will be so much better after sitting a while. My only changes were that I had to use red grape tomatoes, and make it a tad bit sweeter for our tastes.....this is a definite keeper and than you, Kelsey.

This was such a pleasant and surprising salad! I made it with yellow tear drop and red grape tomatoes from the farmers' market and it was as beautiful as it was tasty. I did use mozzarella boconccini instead of feta and rice wine vinegar instead of sherry because I had these things on hand. And as promised on the show, it traveled perfectly to a birthday picnic. Thanks, Kelsey!

Absolutely delicious! All the flavors blend beautifully and the longer it marinates the better it gets!

"On the Go," or at home, which is where I ate this salad, it was delicious and refreshing on a hot summer evening. I used hot house tomatoes instead of the heirloom variety called for in the recipe. I can only imagine using heirloom tomatoes will bump up the unique flavor profile of tomatoes and peaches with the basil vinaigrette. It was easy to prepare, tasted great, and more importantly, it's healthy!
