OMG...I made these for my monthly "girl's night". The overwhelming response was that they were better than what is served in most restaurants. I agree. The amount of filling and a package of dumpling wrappers was exact. It was time-consuming because of the amount of dumplings you can make, but leftovers can be frozen. Unfortunately, I didn't have any leftovers to freeze. I guess I'll just have to make some just for me!

I made this tonight and it was delicious. I did add about a cup of ground shrimp and a handful of cilantro to the filling. Since I made so much, I was able to pan fry a batch, and I boiled a batch, and froze a batch as well.

These are awesome! I made them last night. They have lots of flavor. It took awhile to make them but it was worth it. You can double the recipe and store them in the freezer to have for quick lunches or dinners.

Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! This recipe hit the spot. I followed the recipe just as is and they came out absolutely perfect. I will definately make these again and again. The prep and cooking did take a while but it was worth it. The sauce is also wonderful. I couldn't stop eating the dumplings as they came out. Oh, and my my young daughters loved them. Thank you Kelsey.

Absolutely amazing! The only thing I did different, was use breakfast sausage (even more flavor, and leave out the egg. Thank Kelsey! You always have the best recipes!

These are fabulous! I substituted turkey for the pork and it was fine. I would offer this advice - make peace with the fact that it takes a while to make these, but it's worth the time. Not only are they great, you will have meals to come. I filled a cookie tray and put it straight in the freezer, and will portion them into single servings once frozen. I still had plenty to make for tonight, and leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Yummy!

My husband and I loved these dumplings. They were really easy to make. It was a little slow at first pinching the dumplings, but once I got the hang of it, it went a lot faster. The recipe made 32 dumplings and I only used 9 oz of chicken (I used chicken because I had it in the fridge. I will definitely make these again soon. They were healthy and light too!
