Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 head savoy cabbage, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 4 scallions, sliced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and olive oil in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Fold in the sliced cabbage, carrots and scallions and stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
