    I JUST MADE THIS RATATOUILLE STEW. I'VE TASTED RATATOUILLE BEFORE BUT NOT THIS GOOD! WOW, I AM BLOWN AWAY!
    I DID USE 3 LARGE GARLIC CLOVES, TWICE THE SIZE AS NORMAL, AND A LARGE RED ONION. I FELT IT WOULD GIVE A SWEET FRESH TASTE, IT DID.
    THIS WOULD BE GOOD OVER PASTA, OR POLENTA. EVEN THE BUMPER OF A CAR!!!

    This is a delicious, easy, inexpensive, and healthy stew. It is now a staple in my repertoire. But, "Ratatouille Stew" is redundant as "Ratatouille" is a stew. BTW, the L's are silent.
