    Awesome! Light, fast cooking, and delicious. I used branzino and it was amazing. Next time am going to just pile the filling on top of filets, for easier serving. : Otherwise same...wine, butter, lemon, and fennel around the filets. Delicious and elegant.

    It's difficult to describe a beautiful and delicious dish. I purchase all my fish at Whole Foods and that day they did not have black bass...however, the fishmonger gave me branzino which is a delicious white fish. That was the only exception to the recipe. It was easy to prepare and the taste was "Unami"!!! Place some of the herbs on the serving plate made a statement.

    I have made a number of Kelsey's recipes and have never been disappointed. this is the first time however, that I have written a review. Give it a try!! P.S. It's low cal too!!!
