This dish was delicious and easy to prepare. The only changes I made were sauteing the chicken instead of deep frying and also, I omitted the lemon zest and juice. The taste was authentic. My husband thought it tasted better than a similar dish he likes at The Cheesecake Factory.

Fabulous family pleaser! Much better than takeout. Chicken has a great flavor and retains its crispiness. The sauce is delicious and has a nice balance of flavor. Omitted the addition of soy sauce to the sauce (enough sodium. Didn't miss it. Made it last night along with the Shrimp Lo Mein.

Tried this same day I saw it aired. I love it! Just the right spiciness and sweetness. The chicken was crunchy. Very yummy!
