This is great! One less pot on the stove for the holidays.**Simple and tasty, and when finished, can just sit the crock pot in the corer on warm, til your ready for them. . .

These are the best mashed potatoes that I have ever had! I used Idaho potatoes instead because they were the only ones I could find at the grocery store but they worked fine! I saved the garlic after I removed it from the slow cooker and spread it on toasted bread. So good! I will definitely be making this again!

Awesome recipe! Next time I will cut back on the wet ingredients (butter and half and half since they turned out a little runny (I used 3.5 lbs of potatoes too but the flavor was amazing! It is so nice to find a recipe that isn't intended to feed 20!
