Very good! I changed it up a bit - I added 1/2 cup of blueberries, some bourbon Vanilla, and put in just 4 cups of water, but then 1 1/2 cups of whole milk. I think it would also be interesting with coconut milk. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

This was excellent. Followed the recipe exactly except cooked it in an electric pressure cooker for 16 minutes. I have made this twice. The second time I used raisins because I didn't have ripe bananas. Wonderful again. Thank you for the whole grain recipe.
