Recorded the show over a year ago and finally made it. It was truly good. I used a French baguette for the bread. Jam took about 15 minutes to cook. Made custard with soy milk. Everything was excellent. I'd definitely make this for company. MDH wanted to make sure I'd make it again. he loved the way the warm cream cheese filling oozed into his mouth at first bite, nice berry surprise. It's a keeper.

I thought this was a great breakfast alternative. I wish I had a different style of bread when I made it because the filling oozed out. I do make the strawberry jam a lot now and give it to friends. How long will it last in the fridge before it goes bad? And what are some other recipe uses for the jam? I used a little today in my morning smoothy as the sweetener.

AMAZING!!! I think that is all I have to write. I could not find Challah bread in the short time I had so I used french bread and let it sit out over night and it was great

This is the first time I have been inspired to write a review. This recipe is fantastic. We had house guests recently, and we all raved. Thank you, Kelsey. Love your show.

My family loved it! My 7yo wanted this for his birthday brunch and now my 17yo wants it for her birthday. The store I went to did not have challah so we bought a loaf of sour dough and made the pocket. We also used Texas Toast and slapped the filling in the middle of two slices. It was a great recipe for variations in bread and jam. May try a triple berry jam next time. It was easy to put together and tasted great. Another home run from Kelsey...
