My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this dish. It was a good combination of flavors between the peppers, feta and lamb. I did find that the recipe called for way too much orzo (I ended up throwing a 1/4 cup out after over stuffing the peppers and lumping a heap on top of those. We made this as a make ahead meal and that worked perfectly - it may even be better reheated. We also thought this would be good with ground turkey for a cheaper alternative to lamb.
