    Haven't tasted it yet. Smells pretty good. I took it out after 35 minutes. 30 may be better. It's very very done. 1 hour would be a disaster.

    I don't get it?!? A 4 ingredient cake? Who doesn't have eggs, sugar, flour, and vanilla on hand? No running to the store for those other elusive ingredients! No longer is there an excuse to not have something available to serve company!
    And no fat? A lighter version of an angel food cake, that uses half of the eggs & doesn't waste the yolks?
    Genius! If you didn't have to seperate the eggs & sift the flour, it could bake itself! Idiot-proof!

    I didn't have a spring form pan, so I baked it in a 10" laof pan, as I planned for it to be a base for strawberry shortcake. It was geting overdone at 38 minutes, other than that, perfection!
