This recipe takes ordinary ingredients and turns them in to an elegant, "special occasion" dish. Served with pork for dinner and my husband loved it. Even better yet, I served the leftovers cold as a side dish with a frittata and it was even better!! Two great dishes in one!

This is a delicious way to prepare asparagus. I've made it several times and everyone loves it. The orange makes a wonderful surprise in the dressing.
